As the name suggests, the salt room is full of salt: there is hardened rock salt on the walls and ceiling and loose rock salt on the floor. In addition, during a visit to the salt room, purified salt ground into very fine salt dust is blown into the air.
You can get help from the salt room for both skin problems (atopic skin, psoriasis, rashes, allergies) and respiratory problems (asthma, allergies, rhinitis, cough, sinusitis). The fine antibacterial and anti-inflammatory salt dust blown into the breathing air gets on the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract and skin pores. Due to the effect of salt, for example, mucus secretion from the respiratory tract increases and moisture is transferred from the air to the skin.
You shouldn't come to the salt room wet (the salt gets unpleasantly clumped on the skin and hair) and you shouldn't take a shower right after (the salt dust is washed off the skin). For example, shorts and a t-shirt are suitable as clothing.

A visit to the salt room starts with a warm foot bath. After that, the actual visit to the salt room takes about 45 minutes but you are free to leave at any time and lounge is at your disposal.
You should not take electronics into the salt room. If you wish, you can take a book or a magazine with you. There are "sand toys" for entertainment for children.
Tissues, disposable cups and skin tape are available in the vestibule. Skin tape because in the salt room, especially children, you may find scratches and skin breaks where the salt stings unpleasantly. At that time, you should rinse the stinging area under the tap, dry it and cover it with skin tape.
A sauna and a visit to the salt room combined is an absolutely amazing experience!
First, take a warm bath in the sauna and take a dip in the cold pool. Cool off in the lounge and have a snack or salmon soup (available for an additional fee). Finally, relax in the salt room and pamper your respiratory system and skin.
