The sauna can comfortably fit 10-12 people at once. The sauna's heater is responsible for the softness of the baths, which also has an additional function of circulation of the baths to the lower parts of the sauna. It should be noted that sitting on the lower shelf at that time has only a small effect on the feeling of heat. Even hot baths can be obtained by increasing the amount of bath water!
On behalf of Saunahuone, there are clean table cloths for each shift on the upper boards of the sauna. If you want, you can use your own table cloth on it.
A beautiful view of the river (Sinettäjoki) opens from the sauna's windows. From the window you can also see the terrace and the cold pool.

1. Wash yourself.
2. Warm up in the sauna if you want, wear on a swimsuit.
3. Move calmly inside and outside, DO NOT RUN!
4. Return to the heat of the sauna if you wish.

The use of the cold pool is always included in sauna reservations in the winter season from September 1 to April 30. The water depth is 150cm. The temperature of the water in the pool is around +4-5 degrees in the cold season (like an open water), in the warm season the temperature may rise up to +10 degrees. The pool is accessed from the shower and the route leading there has rubber mats.
Please note that chlorine is used in the pool water. The total amount of chlorine can be kept low with an additional purifier that uses UV light. The amount of chlorine remaining in the swimsuit is therefore low and does not usually cause symptoms. If you are very sensitive to chlorine, we recommend showering in the cold pool after visiting!
A swimsuit is enough (but isn't necessary) to try winter swimming, but someone seeks extra comfort from open-toed swimming slippers, -gloves and sauna hat.
Alcohol and swimming in a cold pool is an absolutely forbidden combination!
Use caution if you have, for example, cardiovascular diseases or asthma. If necessary, consult with your doctor before visiting the cold pool.
There are 3 showers in the shower room. Biodegradable Erittäin Hieno Suomalainen
-shampoos and -conditioners (various selection) found in the showers are available to customers. To combat slipperiness, we ask customers to dry the floor after showering.
