CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before the booked experience. If you cancel your reservation 0-7 days before your booked experience, we will charge the full amount (100%).

Please contact us by email (info@saunahuone.fi) if you have any problems due to flight delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions. We will try to arrange a new date for your experience.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your experience to another date.

CHILDREN

Children are very welcome to Saunahuone and we do not charge extra for children under 10 years old. Children under 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of children during their visit.

RISKS AND COMPANY LIABILITY

If you have a medical condition that may be affected by the use of the sauna or cold pool (for example, pregnancy, asthma, epilepsy or cardiovascular disease), we recommend consulting a doctor before your visit.

We do our best to maintain a safe environment, but arctic conditions can sometimes make the area icy and slippery. Please move carefully at all times. The use of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the cold pool.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance for accidents and health problems. Sinetän Saunahuone (RiikoSa Oy) is only liable for accidents and damage caused by inadequate care and maintenance of the Saunahuone or otherwise neglect of a matter belonging to Saunahuone.
